It’s always a good time to bring personality into your home, add life to your surroundings, and really love the home you live in. Does this sound like a daunting task? Let me tell you, it is easy to hit a standstill with home design no matter who you are.
The key is to keep moving through it. All of a sudden you start to see your house evolve into your one-of-a-kind home. We focus a lot of our efforts on tips to ease your way into adding personality to your home… and we’ve got some goodies for you this week!

There are SO many opportunities to add your personality to your home. The trick is to make every opportunity count. Make sure every purchase for your home speaks YOU. Make each item you add into the mix something you cannot get enough of looking at every single day.
One of my clients took a few family ski trips while we were working on building their forever home together. When we started to dive into artwork selections to fill their walls, an entire gallery of ski hut photography from around the world spoke to them immediately! Each print is signed, numbered, and noted by its location to make them that much more special.
Similar to the pink tennis balls I have hanging in our front entry, the ski huts tell a story and offer up a conversation starter to anyone visiting. It is always my goal to bring my client’s personality into their home through artwork, accessories, books, color, on top of overall aesthetic vibes.
